Spectrum Restaurant is a modern dining concept located in the Park Plaza County Hall hotel within close proximity to the London Eye, combining the hotels sophisticated 14 storey colour lit atrium with a unique gastronomic menu using a selection of ingredients and recipes from around the Mediterranean offering a variety of tapas, pizza, pasta and grill options.

Enjoy a two or three-course meal from a set menu with a half bottle of wine per person. For younger diners, a two-course set menu with a soft drink is available.

These prices include service charge at the restaurant. It does not include your flight on the London Eye, which is extra and must be booked with this package.

The restaurant opens daily from 17.30 - 22.30, with the exception of 25, 31 December and 1 January.
